The room

A bright double bedroom is available in a friendly, shared 3-bedroom flat in SW11 from 20 November 2026.

The room is located on the ground floor and comes with exclusive use of a separate bathroom, which is only occasionally used by guests. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, providing a good degree of privacy.

The flat is approximately a 15-minute walk from Clapham Junction station and benefits from regular bus connections to Victoria and surrounding areas.

The Room

The bedroom is compact but well laid out, fully furnished, and benefits from plenty of natural light. It includes:

* Double bed (with under-bed storage)
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers

Please note that there is insufficient space for a WFH set-up within the room itself. However, the shared living room is spacious and has worked well as a workspace during my time here.

The room is next to the lift shaft in the complex, which can be a little loud so may not be the best for people sensitive to noise.

There is a large shared living area, which includes a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has another eating area.

Current Housemates

The current housemates are two friendly professional women (aged 29 and 36). Both split their time between working from home and the office.

It's a sociable and active household. They enjoy keeping fit through running and the gym, while also enjoying dinners, drinks and spending time with friends. The flat strikes a good balance between being friendly and respectful of everyone's space.

We're looking for another female professional who is clean, considerate and easy to live with.
