Looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to replace me in our lovely 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in Battersea, just two streets away from Battersea Park. The double room will be available from the end of October.
You’ll be sharing with a female couple who have also lived here for the last 3 years and have a really good relationship with our landlady. She’s lovely, very attentive and quick to help whenever anything comes up — which makes the flat feel very well looked after.

The flat is in a quiet, safe and friendly area, with everything you need close by. There’s a fantastic private garden, which is genuinely one of the best things about the flat — amazing in the summer for having a coffee, relaxing outside or hosting friends.
The third bedroom is currently used as an office/spare bed.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going who wants a nice home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We’re a social household and enjoy having a chat or grabbing a coffee/drink together, but also respect each other’s space and downtime.
