Large double room - beautiful house - Battersea/CJ

I'm (very sadly) moving out of this gorgeous house to go travelling, so we're looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is in an absolute dream location - walking distance to both Battersea Park and Clapham Common - and really does feel like a proper home.

The room is a large, furnished double in a spacious 3-bed house with two bathrooms, plus two outdoor spaces: a big garden on the ground floor and a balcony terrace upstairs that's a proper sun trap.

You'd be living with two super friendly, very funny girls (30 & 32). We're ideally looking for another girl in her late 20s to early 30s who wants a friendly, respectful household. We're very social but also value our own space, keep the house clean, and love having a fun, happy atmosphere at home. The place is also very roomy, so it's easy to have your own space when you want it.

There's 6 months left on the lease with the option to renew. Looking for someone to move in September time.
Rent is £1250 pcm + approx £120 bills
Deposit: £1288.46
