Double room available in Battersea 🏠

Hi everyone, we are looking for someone aged 27-33 to join our friendly house as one of our flatmates is moving out of London.

About the house/room:
- Rent is £790.62 per month + bills (roughly £100-130 each depending on the month)
- A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table with storage space. Please note that it is next to the bathroom
- 3-storey detached house
- Double-glazed windows
- Comfortable lounge where we hang out and have dinner together
- Home office with plenty of space for working from home
- 1 toilet on the ground floor, and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor
- Laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer
- Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Side and a back garden area
- Safe and quiet area that’s conveniently located between Battersea park, Clapham Junction and Clapham Common

You will be living with 3 girls aged 28-32: Katya (coats collector and house florist), Hayley (avid traveller and horror fan) and Bronagh (radio enthusiast and token bartender). We all met through SpareRoom and have become such close friends. We also share a lot of the essentials around the house and treat it as our home.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate, who is keen to be part of house dinners and drinks. Non-smokers and no couples. Minimum term 6 months.

Move-in date from 18th October!
