Room to rent in spacious and modern Battersea flat

I'm looking for a flatmate to share a spacious two bedroom and two bathroom apartment in Battersea.

This is modern and contemporary fully equipped apartment with high ceilings and is well furnished. There is an open plan kitchen / diner leading onto a large patio. You will have a spacious double room with an ensuite and a view of the Thames. There is also substantial storage space for you with a large built-in wardrobe and under bed storage.

The apartment is located near Battersea Helipad, Plantation Wharf and is only an 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station.

There is a fast broadband package as well as a TV with the full Sky package. It's set further back from York Road ( so it's nice and quiet) plus there is one dedicated parking space allocated to the apartment which is handy for if you're driving or for when you have a visitor who does.

Your rent will include the broadband, Sky TV and water bill. The only extra will be the gas and electric and council tax (£50 each for Wandsworth council tax band) which would work out to at an extra £150 per month on top of your rent payment.

I'm an online fitness coach and work remotely from home - ideally I'd like for the person who moves in to be either working a hybrid role or office based.

During the week I train regularly and I'm out socialising with friends most weekends. I'm also a big sports fan especially football (Arsenal supporter) so will regularly be watching them when they play alongside other big games in different leagues.

I'm an easy going and clean individual who's respectful of people's space and privacy but also sociable. I would want for a similar like minded flatmate especially in regards to cleanliness. I don't want party house vibes but I'm still up for the odd night out or grabbing a drink when a good moment presents itself.

The tenancy is subject to landlord referencing and approval.
