Room to Rent - Woman Only - Battersea

Hello! :)
We’re two woman in their 30’s looking for a third woman flatmate to join a 3-bedroom flat. The apartment is in a council building, but we’re just a 2-minute walk from Battersea Park and a short 7-minute stroll to both Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge, so you’ll have easy access to the riverside.
We’re hoping to find a like-minded woman around our age who values a clean living space and is respectful of privacy, shared spaces and that ideally doesn’t work often from home. While we’re welcome to host, we do prefer not to have boyfriends staying overnight or late night hosting.
We have a flexible cleaning rota in place, and we share the cost of household products.
• Rent: £800 paid directly to the landlord
• Deposit: £495 transferred to the current flatmate who is moving out
• Bills: Paid to me and Silvia (the other flatmate) and split equally within the 3 of us
The room comes with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and is quite spacious.
