Thank you for viewing our ad. We have a room coming available in our ‘home’. We make reference to that because we’re very much a flat of friends not a house where we don’t interact etc.
This is an amazing opportunity to rent a flat with balcony views overlooking Battersea Park, a stones throw from the Prince Albert Pub and a short walk to Chelsea’s King’s Road.
Our flat mate is moving out to pastures new so we are looking for someone to replace her double room. The property has two bathrooms which means that we’re only ever sharing one bathroom with one other person. We have a fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Bills each month come to about £100.
As we’ve said we’re looking for someone who can integrate nicely. That’s not to say we don’t have our different lives etc but when we are together it’d be nice to chill and watch a film together or chat. The room does come unfurnished, as did the whole property, but as you can see we’ve put our touch on it, so it gives you the opportunity to make of your space what you’d like.
