An excellently located and furnished room is available in a flat of 4 people, in a generously sized duplex a few streets away from Battersea park.

You’d be living with 3 professional women with varied careers who enjoy socialising together when schedules allow. We are 26, 29 and 31 - 2 British and a Kiwi.

The room comes with two fixed wall shelves, a wardrobe on the landing, a built in wardrobe in the room, a large chest of drawers and a bedside table. There’s a bed frame and mattress included. Meaning it’s ready to move in and call it your own.

The rest of the house is furnished, including a tv in the living room, dining table and equipped kitchen. With additional storage throughout the house.

Bills are split equally including things like toilet paper and cleaning products, as is the rent which is £875 per month for the room. The landlord is reliable at fixing any maintenance issues that arise. Fixed bills like water, internet, TV license and council tax are about £50 per month with energy on top.

Northern line runs from Battersea power station which is a short walk, there’s oodles of buses a couple of minutes walk stop away north and south of the house. Clapham Junction is nearby for Gatwick and any other mainline services.
