Double Room in Battersea

I am looking for someone to take over my room of 2 years.

The flat is not updated at all- thus the price. The rooms is quite spacious with a lovely view.

The bills are usually under a 100£ a month per person.

Flatmates are 3 male professionals in their mid thirties. Everyone is working most of the time which makes the flat very quiet. There is a weekly cleaning rota when it comes to shared spaces. But don’t worry your friends are welcome any time!

There is a background check applicants must pass- an agency checks your credit score etc.

There is a 50£ fee for the takeover.

I don’t know about parking, you can communicate that with the agency.
