Double room available in Battersea from the end of October/start of November.
I moved in May so it’s still a bit of a work in progress but I’m beginning to make it a cosy and welcoming flat and I’d love a friendly flatmate to join me. I’m 30 years old and from Scotland but have lived down here for three and a half years. My friends would describe me as friendly, organised and easy going. I enjoy being active and exploring London with friends, going for drinks and food as well as a cosy night in.

🏡 The flat
It’s a fourth floor flat in a modern new build, close to the river on the Clapham Junction side of Battersea. It’s a bright, open plan kitchen living room with large windows and a good sized balcony. The kitchen has plenty storage and a dishwasher. There’s a bath and shower in a large toilet. The building has a roof terrace on the third floor as well as bike storage and a concierge.

The room comes furnished with a double bed with space for storage underneath, a set of drawers, bedside drawers and a wardrobe. I’m happy for you to move the furniture and set it out as you please.
