Bright spacious double room in w/ priv balcony

I’m sadly moving on after 3 years in this flat, as decided it’s time for a change so looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy!

It’s a great size double room, with lots of light and a private balcony attached for some outside space.
The room comes with a small double ottoman bed (so lots of extra storage space), happy to discuss selling the wardrobe unit and desk onto the next person too.

The flat itself is nice and bright, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Current set up is that each person has a desk in their rooms, for WFH.

Lots of access to different transport links
- around 10-15 mins on the bus to either Clapham Common or Battersea Power Station (or a nice 20ish min walk) (both northern line)
- approx 10min bus to Clapham Junction
- 10min walk to Queenstown Road station
- 10-13min bus to Nine Elms (northern line)
- 15 min walk to Battersea Park station (or 10 min bus)

Other amenities:
- lots of great local and chain restaurants and bars on our doorstep (literally) or a short walk/ bus away
- Pilates studio, nail shop and a reliable dry cleaners on the same road
- Huge Asda and Lidl (10mins on the bus)
- Easy access to huge sainsburys in Nine Elms
- Tesco and Sainsburys local about 5 mins max walk
- Easy access to Battersea Power Station, Clapham Junction and Wandsworth

Bills: ranges during seasons (usually due to energy over winter/summer) but somewhere between £120-£150 a month on avg. Bonus is we benefit from cheap(er) Wandsworth council tax🥳 you probably could review how you pay Water bill to save on monthly costs.

You’d be living with the lovely Tamsyn, who is 36 from New Zealand and works in media on some cool sports podcasts. We met last year on gals who rent and became friends, going for many spontaneous gigs and concerts together!

She’s looking for someone chill, friendly and tidy who likes to socialise equally respects downtime too. Ideally female professional, and aged 30+.

For transparency, Tamsyn is also looking to move at some point in the near future but timelines are still TBC, and is happy to discuss more at viewings etc. and of course the when that time comes you’d have a say in who was to move in when the time comes too😊
