Double Room in Cute Battersea Flat ☀️

We're Kate and Clara, two professionals in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a third housemate from the 21st/end October!😊

After 6 amazing years our housemate is moving out of our cute little home in Battersea and so we’re looking for a new housemate to join 😊

We’d ideally love to share with a third flatmate who’s clean, friendly and sociable - preferably 29-32. We’re both independent and enjoy having our own space, but also love hanging out and would love someone who’s up for a coffee walk, grabbing a drink together or getting stuck into a new Netflix series 😊

Room is £798pm and bills are around £108 each a month. The deposit is £798 and there may also be a small admin fee for changing contract name etc. We are currently on a joint contract so would just involve a change of sharer.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobes. The flat itself has a kitchen/living area that leads out to a terrace (with its own little bbq) and a shared bathroom. The room is NW facing and gets great light most of the day with the big sash window (all windows in the flat were upgraded a few years ago).

We’re on a quiet street half way between Battersea Park and Clapham Common so lots of green space and bars/restaurants nearby. Transport wise, it’s a 10/15 min walk to Queenstown road, Battersea Park and Battersea Power station and a 20 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction stations.
