We’re looking for a couple to take over our lovely double room as we’re moving back to New Zealand.

☀️ The room:
Fully furnished and bright, with lots of sun. The desk, chair, and monitor are also for sale and can be included.

💰 Rent: £1,580 per month
💡 Bills: Approx. £90 per month
🔐 Deposit: £1,867

Both tenants must be employed to pass the property agent’s checks, and be added to the lease.

👨‍⚕️ About the flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with an awesome British guy in his late twenties who works as a physio in the hospitals. He’s active, loves baking, and is always up for a chat. It’s a friendly and relaxed home.

Dates: room is available from the 1st November, as that’s when the lease will change over. But the room can be available from the 23rd October if needed.
