Hi everyone!

Large double room with en suite available in Clapham junction / Battersea. The property is just off lavender hill, 10-15 walk to Clapham junction and walk 20-25 minutes to Clapham Common tube stop with a bus route that gets you there in 15.

The house is spread across three floors with the entire top floor private for the room available. The rest of the house has a large open dining room and living room, separate kitchen and outdoor garden which is great in the summer 🌞

The house sharing is with two girls in their mid-twenties. Lucy is 26, Canadian and working in a tech start-up. Kate is also Canadian, moving in also in November from Canada to work in public affairs. I am moving out to live closer to my work. The girls are chilled and clean roommates who love both a quiet movie night in as well as a fun dinner party every now and then. We are ideally looking to fill the room with a female also in their 20s looking for a lovely home to live in.

Rent payment is: £1250 (exl bills).
Move in date: 5th November (lease is 5th of every month)

We will need confirmation by 11th Oct in order to give the landlord and Dexters (leasing agency) enough time to get the paperwork in order.
