Double bed furnished room in Battersea. You would be sharing with 3 professional women in thier 20s. The room is spacious with a large wardrobe. Looking for a similar person to fit into the house. Keeps things tidy, has thier own life but doesn't mind chatting in the kitchen or hanging out on occasion. Location is great with lots of transport links and shops for all your needs near by. Also a short walk from the power station and the tube there. Rent is £650 and all bills come to around £110 to £130 a month, some times costing more in winter. But this includes all bills and money for shared items such as cleaning supplies and toilet roll. Rent is on the 20th but if you want to move in before then we would work out the additional portion of rent. Do get and touch and we can organise a viewing 🙂
