To keep the house balanced, we're looking ideally for a female housemate to join us. A spacious, bright double room is now available in a friendly, well-kept house share in SW8, just a short walk from Clapham. It's a fantastic spot, close to Clapham's bars, restaurants and Common, with excellent transport links into central London.

The room: Generous double with large double bed, Large corner desk ideal for WFH, and plenty of natural light.

The house: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), garden/outdoor space, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. Clean, comfortable and well looked after.

Location: Close to Clapham common and Battersea park with easy access to the Northern, Victoria lines and Overground. Local shops, cafés and gyms are all on the doorstep.

The housemates: We're a mixed, sociable but respectful household of 4, working professionals, aged 24-29. We enjoy the occasional drink or dinner together but also respect each other's space.
