Fully furnished double room available with a king size bed, a smart tv, a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

THE FLAT:
All bills are included in the rent, in addition to all washing up and hand washing amenities.

The flat is fully equipped with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and large chest freezer. There is a spacious private garden and shed which is helpful for storage.

THE AREA:
A short 10 min walk from Battersea power station and Clapham Old Town.

Great transport links on the Northern line, Victoria line, and the overground, situated near Nine Elms, Stockwell, Battersea, and Wandsworth Road station.

Lots of independent bars, restaurants, pubs, and breweries nearby, as well as a gym just a short 5 minute walk from the flat, as well as a Tesco.

ABOUT US:
My name is Megan and I live in the flat with my partner Joe. Joe is a third year PhD student studying ecological economics, and I am an editor at a publishing house.

We are sadly saying goodbye to our current housemate who is moving into her own place, and we look forward to having someone new come and live with us!

We love going out for long walks, socialising at the pub, and going to the gym. We are often at the cinema down the road, or out with friends, and we love experimenting with cooking new dishes.
