We have a gorgeous double room available in our bright and spacious three-bedroom maisonette in Clapham. The flat has a huge terrace, a lovely shared living space and clean modern bathroom.

A bit about us: we’re two sisters, both working in the music industry- one in music sync and the other in management. We’re both creative, sociable and busy with work, but love having a home that feels relaxed and welcoming. Outside of work, you’ll usually find us watching films, getting stuck into an art project, or enjoying a night out when we have the time!

We’d love to find someone who fits naturally into the household, someone friendly, independent and with their own interests and social life, but who’d also be up for a chat, a glass of wine or the occasional evening together. We’re both often in the office during the week, and as our jobs can be pretty full-on, we really value having a peaceful place to come home to.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their home, so being clean and considerate is really important to us. Friends are welcome, of course, but we’d love to keep the flat feeling like a calm, comfortable space for everyone.

We’re in a great spot in Clapham, around 8 minute walk from Clapham Common and 15 minute walk from Battersea Park. There are loads of lovely cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby, with excellent Tube and Overground connections for getting around London.
