Lovely Double room on the river in Battersea

Looking for a flatmate to move into my flat in Battersea.

The room is technically not an en-suite but would only be used by the tenant as my room already has a bathroom.

There is tonnes of storage and the flat has been done up to a really high standard. I have direct access straight onto the Thames path and it’s just a lovely area to be in.

There is underground parking bike storage and other amenities in the flat block.

Kitchen and living room would be a shared space, I’ve got all the furniture etc. plus the room would come with a tv in the bed also.

The flat has aircon for those hot summers! Car parking space can be included in the rent if required.
