Double Bedroom in Modern Battersea Flat

I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room from the end of Nov/start of Dec in a 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Battersea as he's moving in with his girlfriend.

The flat is in a great location, with Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park nearby, and has good transport links. It's modern, fully furnished and well-equipped with all the usual stuff like a washer-dryer and dishwasher. It also has a balcony which is a good size and the development has a concierge. The landlord is really chill and we've had virtually no issues with the flat.

Rent is £1,550 per month, and I'd recommend budgeting around £170 per month for bills and council tax, although this will vary a bit. Electricity is usually around £30 each (more in winter, less in summer), broadband is £17 each and council tax is currently around £60 each (Wandsworth Council Band F), but is likely to increase significantly next year. We also have a cleaner come every 2 weeks, which is around £70 a month each, but I'm happy to make that less frequent/cancel to keep costs down.

A bit about me: I'm 25 and work in renewable energy finance. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music and playing/watching pretty much any sport. I've been living in London for about 3 years now, but grew up in Northern Ireland. I'm always happy to hang out or grab a drink, but equally appreciate having our own space. One thing I do really value is keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I'm ideally looking for someone who feels the same. Otherwise, I'm pretty relaxed! My girlfriend stays over for a weekend roughly every 2-3 weeks, but apart from that I don't have people over that often.
