Lovely double room available in a 2 bed flat in Battersea. Based on a lovely quiet road in the Burns conservation area and a 5 minute walk to the Sun Gate of Battersea Park. There is a living room, separate kitchen, and shared bathroom and everything is fully furnished. The room available is a double room with a brand new bed and mattress, built in wardrobe and storage, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. I can install a desk if you work from home during the week, but would prefer someone who is not at home all the time. Parking also available on street and can register car for a parking spot for a fee. Looking for someone who is respectful, kind and likes to hang out. Preference for weekday let, but open to full time let too - rent flexible based on how many days a week you want to stay. The council tax band is band D.
