I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my spacious double room on Wycliffe Road, Battersea, ideally from 1 December.

The room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, plus space for a desk if you work from home. You’ll be sharing the kitchen and communal areas with three other housemates in a four-person house share.

The details:
• Rent: £1350 per month
• Bills: separate, split between four — approximately £100 each per month
• Deposit: £1150
• Furniture included: bed, desk, racks
• Council tax band: D

You’ll be taking over my place on the existing joint tenancy, arranged through Chestertons and subject to landlord approval and referencing. The tenancy includes joint and several liability.
