Very large room available on Lavender Hill

15 min walk to clapham common station
12 min walk to clapham junction
Bus stop right outside, another bus stop down the road taking you in all directions
Flatmates are all super chill, don’t do parties except for the occasional dinner or a few drinks before heading out. During the week, very much 9-5 followed by some sort of exercise. Like to keep everything pretty tidy, get out to the common on a sunday etc.

Two loos, one shower one bath two basins. The bath is currently being used for laundry storage- i normally hang up my laundry in my bedroom anyway, it is massive. Three blokes, we keep the bathrooms adequately clean but maybe not up to some peoples standards!

The room is really quite large, measuring 3.5m x 4m. The bed is a super king, for some perspective.
Very good light, trees out the window.
Keeping the bedroom furniture is optional, something that can be discussed. However in april, i will be taking all of it including bed.

You would be taking over my part of the tenancy. My flatmates are leaving in April- if you find replacement tenants then you would be able to take over the flat.
