We have a double, furnished room available in our friendly house. Great location, situated in the heart of Battersea. 15 minutes walk from Kings Road, Battersea Power station and Clapham Junction. Only 5 minutes away from Battersea Park.

The flat itself is particularly spacious and comfortable split over 2 floors, with a large separate sitting room, large kitchen, a recently refurbished to a high standard bathroom as well as a separate toilet, front and back gardens.

The rent is £695 per month and there is a deposit of £695.
Bills are not included, TV license and cleaning are not included. The flat is fully furnished and kept clean, with a weekly cleaning rota in place.

👤 Perfect for Single Occupants

There are 2 of us currently in the house and we range from 29 - 45. We are both professionals and are relatively quiet through the week.

We are looking for a sensible, clean and tidy professional, up for house meals on occasion and preferably of a similar age.

The house has a relaxed, homely, clean/tidy vibe. It’s definitely not a party house, but it’s the kind of place you genuinely look forward coming back to.
