Double in a spacious open-plan flat

I’m looking for a new flat mate for a lovely new build, 2 bed (2 bath) flat in Battersea.

The room is a spacious double, fully furnished with built-in-wardrobes. The main bathroom, complete with shower/bath, is located next to the bedroom and will be for your sole use. And the move-in dates are relatively flexible.

We have a large open plan living room and a great kitchen (with lots of gadgets).

The flat has an open-plan layout, its a large lounge/kitchen/dining room, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. All new appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has its own balcony and a shared roof terrace. The building has a secure storage room for bikes.

I'm 32 and am looking for a friendly flatmate. The flat has just been repainted (so it looks even better than these photos).

I work from home one day a week, and would quite like someone who also goes into the office most of the time. I keep quite busy either during the week or away for weekend. So the flat is my space to recharge. It would be great to live with someone who likes their home to be for relaxing, watching tv, cooking, and generally recharging from London life.
