Renting out my room in a newly refurbished house on the shaftesbury estate. The room is a double loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Including fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage, built in TV, electric blinds and comes furnished with bed and side tables. The bathroom has a decent walk in shower etc

House is great and to a high spec. Includes bi-fold doors and underfloor heating. It's approx 1300 sq foot in total so plenty of space. is three bed 2 bathroom. The other housemates share the other bathroom.

It's 20 min walk from clapham common tube or 6/7 mins on the bus, 8-10 mins walk from clapham common. Battersea park and clapham common are both under 10 mins walk away.

Two existing housemates are both very nice and normal, both sociable/ professionals who are hardly ever in.

Bills come to something like £150 each a month including fibre broadband, cleaner, sky etc.

Im going travelling for 8 to 12 months, leaving on the 16th September, would like to get someone organised to move in around that time (ideally after i leave). Any questions let me know
