It is a 3 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and an additional toilet, includes a washing machine and dryer. No living room, but a good-sized kitchen which comes with plenty of storage space and two fridge + 1 large freezer.

The local area has plenty going on. Clapham Junction is a 7 min walk to the station, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. There is both a Tesco and Sainsbury‘s within a 2 min walk and a very large ASDA in Clapham Junction. The beautiful Battersea Park is 2 min walk away. Public transport is plentiful with both Clapham Junction train station and plenty of bus stops within walking distance which service all areas of London.
