Stunning en-suite Battersea June to October

Hi everyone,

I am renting for the summertime, (10 of June to 10 of October) this stunning double room in a fully furnished flat which is also really well located around 5 min walk away from Kings Road and 15 min by bus from South Kensington tube station (Piccadilly, district, circle), and many buses line.

The place own a kitchen which is also fully equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge, cooker, dishwasher and all needed equipment.

The room itself is furnished with a comfortable double size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer.

The bills are including all classic bill as council tax, electricity, gas and water.
There is not any admin, agency or other extra.

The current flatmate is a professional woman who work freelance in fashion , always up for food and drinks and a chat

I'm looking for a really clean and tidy person with common sense.
