Two free rooms in three rooms flat-share

My two flatmates are leaving for new horizons so I am looking for two persons with whom to share this ideally located, spacious, affordable place.

Location
It is within walking distance (5-15minutes) of Battersea park and Queenstown Road stations, Stockwell is slightly further (20minutes), whereas a nice walk/bike ride along the Thames will lead you to Vauxhall.
There are also 24h bus services to Liverpool Street, Trafalgar Square and Vitoria stations at our doorstep.
The house faces a Kindergarten which is hence very quiet out of opening time, however, the train tracks are nearby and, while outside, we can hear the trains passing by.
Most importantly, we are minutes away from Battersea Park.

The accommodation
The house includes:
-a well furnished kitchen (fridge, oven, hobs, vent, washing machine, microwave, …)
-a common living space with dining table, couches, and some free space to give the place a personal touch
-a garden
-bathroom and separated restrooms
-three double bedrooms (one of which is mine), which come furnished (with possibilities to negotiate with the landlord if you want to change some of the furnitures).
There is an impressive storage volume for personal effects.
Smoking is not allowed inside.

Pricing
The rent is 560£/month, the bills are decomposed in a 40,73£ fixed part and a variable part which fluctuates around 15£ to 30£ depending on the season.

Personal informations
I would like to share the place with like-minded people with whom to build a proper flat-share life and keep the nice home feeling we have here.
I am vegan but while begin vegetarian or vegan is considered as a plus, it is not an absolute necessity.
Being LGBTQIAP+ friendly is however required.
We currently have a cleaning rota in place and I am keen on keeping it in place after my current flat-mates leave.
Perks of living with me include free vegan diners from time to time, nerding out about science allowed outside of office (is it actually an advantage?), if you are a musician we can start a band as I play the guitar, and we can share motivation to go bouldering (if you are into it).
I have been living in flat-shares for four years now and I am well aware of the fine balance between social life and privacy needed in those spaces.
