There is fully equipped brand new kitchen. Cozy dining/LIVING area, fully renovated bathroom and new toilet separate , plenty of storage and nice and artistic corridor ,with retro black and white photography on the walls .

The house is kept very clean and tidy and you would feel at home due to the lovely attitude towards the home atmosphere.

There aren't many parties since all of them are busy working and respecting each other space.

The apartment is very very quiet. We are looking for someone who would keep it clean and nice at all times.
It is in a safe and beautiful area 3 min from Battersea Park .
15 min walk from Battersea power station /Northen line/

Each room has a working station (working from home) however none is working from home anymore.

The transport

44, 319 and 344, 345, 49, 19, 137 bus routes within easy reach of Clapham Junction, as well as Kings road and Victoria with their bars, coffee shops and bustling town centers.
Up to 10 min walk to get to Battersea Park Rail Station and Queenstown Station.

The bills

Bills are not included ,£ 70 monthly however the gas and electricity are on a key ,and shared among the rooms together with a regular cleaner, :£ 20/28 max in the winter and 15/20 summer monthly directly to the card( gas and electricity card)
Cleaner comes as well and is paid from the same money collected monthly.
