Looking for someone to replace my current flat mate who recently got married, move in date 8Th August
Room with Ensuite (shower) with French doors leading to balcony
Building was finished in 2018 (New build) Located 100m from beautiful Battersea Park.
Flat is light, very specious with good size storage room as well as bike storage in the basement.
Equiped with thermostat and outdoor cameras. Overall modern, minimal finish.
I've lived in this apartment close to 5 years, love the location. Needless to add this is the best deal for the price from what's on the current market.

Please note photos are not professional and carpet is clean (in photos it doesn’t look it due to the way it’s brushed) room looks bigger in person, easily can fit a double bed, desk…couple bedside tables and more.

We also have extra boiler room which has plenty of storage room as well as massive hallway with shoe racks and coat hangers.

Living room is kept very minimal, I don’t normally spend much time there and welcome any changes that new flat mate would want to implement
