I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take on my room, living in the heart of Battersea with my two incredibly lovely flatmates Laura and Yulia.

The room available is a really double bedroom with great window views over Nine Elms and Vauxhall. Well maintained and it will come furnished with the double bed and wardrobe.

Shared living space with dining table, flatscreen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and fully working gas hob / oven. Plenty of fridge/freezer space. Modern and well kept finish throughout the flat.

Location is fantastic, being only 2 minutes from Battersea Park; 10 minute walk to the Power Station Northern Line, 5 minutes to Queenstown Road (fast train to Waterloo) and 5 minutes to Battersea Park Station (fast train to Victoria). 15 minute bus to Clapham Junction.

Nice area with local bars / restaurants and 20 minutes to Clapham, or very good links into central.

Building has a gym, swimming pool, and squash court that you can use.

Yulia and Laura are great flatmates - two friendly and fun girls who are a pleasure to live with. Laura works for the NHS and Yulia works in hotel management. They enjoy both a nice night in or an evening out at the pub / hitting the town. Yulia will sometimes bake delicious cakes for the flat to enjoy too!
