Looking for 2X new flatmates to move into a fantastic flat in Battersea, as my two current flatmates have decided its time for them to move on.

Two double rooms available (one en-suite), both are good sizes with ample room for desks and storage. Great bedroom views over Nine Elms and Vauxhall.

Shared living space with dining table, flatscreen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and fully working gas hob / oven. Plenty of fridge/freezer space. Modern and well kept finish throughout the flat.

Location is fantastic, being only 2 minutes from Battersea Park; 10 minute walk to the Power Station Northern Line, 5 minutes to Queenstown Road (fast train to Waterloo) and 5 minutes to Battersea Park Station (fast train to Victoria). 15 minute bus to Clapham Junction.

Nice area with local bars / restaurants and 20 minutes to Clapham, or very good links into central.

Building has a gym, swimming pool, and squash court that you can use.

I’ll be staying in the flat - I’m very easy going and friendly, enjoy hanging out with my flatmates whether that’s heading to the pub, out into town, or just chilling in the flat watching TV/sport/movies. I look after the place and it’s in good shape. Tell me a little about you when you message!
