We’re looking for someone to join our house - a relaxed, respectful and tidy professional to fill our spare double room.
A bit about us:
We’re a couple (F-30 and M-35), both working professionals, easygoing and friendly. We enjoy a good laugh and the odd house dinner but are equally happy pottering about doing our own thing.
The room:
Double bed, good natural light and plenty of space to make it your own.
The rent is £1200 pcm, all bills included.
The location:
A stone’s throw from Battersea Park and the river - great for morning walks and runs. Loads of supermarket and food options nearby so you’re never short of choice for a quick shop or a bite to eat!
Nearest tube is Battersea Power Station, so you’re well connected into town.
