3 bedroom flat in Battersea. 1 min walk to Battersea Park, 5 min walk to Battersea Park Station and 8 min walk to Battersea Power Station. Gym Group 5 mins walk. You’d be joining two friends (both 27) who both work in Finance in the city. Huge sports fans (especially football) whether that’s playing or watching. We both like the pub and find ourselves across the various South West hotspots on summer weekends. Looking for a clean housemate, who is prepared to pay a small cleaning fee (split across the 3 of us) every two weeks. No drugs is a strong preference.
