Double Room Available in Modern Flat in Battersea

I’m looking for someone to take the second room in my 2-bed in Battersea from 25th October .

The flat is on the 7th floor, fully furnished, recently renovated, and has a good balcony looking straight out over the park. Location-wise, it’s about a 3-minute walk down to the river, and an easy 15-minute walk to both Sloane Square and Battersea Power Station, with plenty of pubs, cafes, and shops nearby.

A bit about me: I work as an architect during the week. In the evenings I’m pretty low-key—usually doing my own bit, or playing guitar. Weekends I’m usually out and about.

It’s a chill house but definitely not a party house, but I’m also not looking to live with a ghost. Ideally, I’d like to find someone easygoing and like minded, occasionally hangout.

So I need someone who naturally pulls their weight with the upkeep and maintaining the flat’s aesthetic.
Rent: £1,150 / month
Bills: ~£120 / month (varies a bit with the season)
Council Tax: Band C
Move-in: 25th October
