- Rent: £1,550 per month (excluding utilities).
- Move-in Pro-Rata: Because our official tenancy cycle resets on the 8th, rent for your first week (July 1st to July 7th) will be pro-rated at exactly £361.67. Your regular £1,550 monthly rent will begin on August 8th.
- Deposit: £1,550 (registered securely through the agency).
- Referencing: Standard employment and credit checks will be required by the letting agency for the official tenancy swap.
