We're looking for someone to take over a room in our bright and spacious flat for the summer. The room is available from around June 10th to August 10th, although both the start and end dates are flexible and can be arranged to suit the right person. There is also the possibility of extending until mid- or late August.

This would be ideal for someone looking for temporary accommodation in London, whether for an internship, summer placement, work assignment, research visit, or while searching for a longer-term place.

📍 Location
The flat is on the 9th floor, just a short walk from Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station. The area is well connected and close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and green spaces.

👥 Flatmates
You'll be sharing with Steve, Jay, and George. We're all friendly, respectful, and mostly on different schedules, making it a relaxed and peaceful place to live.

We keep the flat clean and organized by rotating weekly cleaning duties.
