I'm renting a large, fully furnished double room in a friendly flatshare just steps from Battersea Park – Zone 1! The rent is £640/month, exclusive of bills that currently comes at 76 for each sharer. Available from 16th July or potentially earlier.

You'll be living with three young professionals (French, Italian, Spanish, aged 28–41). The flat includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, two fridges, separate toilet and shower, and superfast internet.

In the flat there is, unlimited broadband, Washing machine, equipped kitchen with two fridges, separate toilet and shower.

The room is fairly big (4.5m x 2.2m roughly ) and it come full furnished with double bed & mattress- drawers -wardrobe etc

Please note: the kitchen is compact and windowless, so it may not be ideal if you cook often.

The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station & 10-15 minutes away from Battersea Powerstation - Zone 1

Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc

Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes.
