Battersea Park Room - £696 + Electricty Only

We're looking for someone to take over a room in our bright and spacious flat for ideally 1 year or higher for contract purposes but flexible to consider shorter options. The room is available from 1st August/31st July 2026, although both the start and end dates are flexible and can be arranged to suit the right person.

📍 Location
The flat is on the 9th floor in a 10-floor building, multiple lifts in the building, a couple of minutes from Battersea Park, park view from all windows in flat including the room, about 5 mins walk to Battersea Park Station, less than 5 to Queenstown Road Station, about 10 mins walk to Battersea Power Station. Big Tesco just outside the building. The area is well connected and close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and green spaces.

🏠 The Flat
• Spacious living room with amazing views (especially at sunset and during fireworks)
• Separate dining area
• Large kitchen
• Two spacious bathrooms divided between 4 flatmates, both with showers and bathtubs
• Bedroom furnished with a bed, 1 double sided big wardrobe, 1 more single sided wardrobe, and 1 newly made chest of drawers will be provided, providing more than enough space for storage of 1 person, double or single bed can be arranged based on preference, current photos show a double bed for reference of space.

👥 Flatmates
You'll be sharing with Steve, Xavier, and Giorgio. We're all friendly, respectful, and mostly on different schedules, making it a relaxed and peaceful place to live. 1 person is in 50s, the other 2 are young professional and student.

🧹 House Rules
We keep the flat clean and organised by each flatmate rotating weekly cleaning duties, essentially one person cleans once a month.

💷 Cost
£696 per month, which includes:
• Rent
• Council Tax
• Water Bill

Electricity and wifi is additional. Electricity is more or less £40 a month per person, adjusted to number of days you are away if applicable. Wifi is £10 a month per person.
