Hey! :) We’ve got a bright double room becoming available in Battersea, just a 5-minute walk from Battersea Park and Battersea Park Station, with excellent transport links across London.

The flat is split over two floors and has 1 shared bathroom and 2 toilets, a shared kitchen, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. You'll be sharing with 4 working professionals who are respectful, clean, and easy-going.

Although there are five people in the house, everyone works different schedules, so sharing the bathroom has never been an issue. The house is well organised, quiet, and everyone respects each other's space.

We've all lived here for a while and like to keep the house clean, relaxed and drama-free, so we're looking for someone who'd like to stay long-term and feel at home.

💷 Rent: £885 + bills. Bills are usually under £120 per month, depending on electricity usage and the season.

📍 Location: Battersea Park – just a short walk to Battersea Park Station, with Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's, cafés, gyms, restaurants, and beautiful green spaces all nearby.
