Double room available in a lovely house shared with two friendly girls, both 27. We’re looking for someone chilled, tidy and easy-going who’s up for wine nights or hanging out, but also understands the importance of having your own space. Wanting someone to become a friend as opposed to just living under same roof!

I work in events in big tech and Mills works as an EA in finance, so we’re both busy but love having a nice, relaxed home to come back to. I often go away a lot and am coming and going!

The room has its own private balcony/terrace, and the house also has a garden — perfect for summer evenings. We’re just minutes from Battersea Park, with lots of great pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Rent: £1,050 pcm
Bills: ~£110 pcm
Cleaner: Bi-weekly, around £15–20 each

📅 Move-in: End of September
