Single room available in friendly and social house in Battersea – move in ASAP

Hey! We’re looking for a housemate to join our friendly five-bed house in Battersea.

🛏️ Single room: £900/month

Water, electricity and gas are included in the rent. Council tax and Wi-Fi are extra and shared between us.

🕺You’d be living with one girl and three guys, all aged 26–27 and working full time. We’re a social house and all enjoy cooking, fitness, pub trips and a good night out. 🕺

Room comes with a bed frame, mattress and plenty of storage. The single room also has a desk, but you’d need to bring a chair.

There’s plenty of communal space for hanging out, plus a little courtyard for when the sun comes out. We have a washing machine and dryer, and take turns cleaning the house each week.

We’re within walking distance of Battersea Park, Queenstown Road and Clapham Junction stations, as well as Battersea Power Station tube. There are good cycle routes nearby that a few of us use regularly, and Tesco is a five-minute walk away.

Professionals or full-time postgrad students preferred.
