Sunny double in gorgeous house. Clapham/Battersea

Hannah and I are looking for a new housemate for our beautiful house located between Clapham Common and Battersea Park, available from 29th August.

Lovey garden, living room with loads of pretty period features, kitchen and dining space, small double room sharing a bathroom. One of the rooms has an ensuite.

📍 it’s the best location (but we are biased 😆). 15 min walk to Battersea Park, Clapham Common and Clapham Junction. So you’re close to all the eating, drinking, running, picnicking spots etc. Close to lots of transport options.

🌸 Hannah and I are school friends in our early 30s. We love socialising, being out and about, and hanging out in the house too. My cousin Bethany is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take her spot. The room isn’t huge so we think it would suit someone who mostly doesn’t work from home.

The rent is £1,100 pcm and we’ve got great landlords (always a plus).
