A fully furnished double bedroom is available in a comfortable, newly refurbished flat. The room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, and a smart chest of drawers, providing a cosy and homely feel.
The flat has a fully furnished bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional separate WC, so there is no need to share just one bathroom. There is also a small living room and a separate kitchen.

You would be sharing the flat with two professionals. One is a 30-year-old professional who mainly works mornings, while I am a 64-year-old professional and am only in the flat around 3–4 days a week, usually spending weekends away from London.

We are looking for someone who appreciates a homely, relaxed and easy-going environment, while also being respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces.

The flat is in a very convenient location, just 5 minutes’ walk from Battersea Park Station, with direct access to Victoria in just one stop, making commuting to Central London quick and easy.

There are also excellent bus connections nearby:

Bus 137 provides a direct route to Marble Arch and operates as a night bus, making it convenient for late journeys.
Bus 15 offers a journey to Central London in approximately 20 minutes.
Bus 44 reaches Victoria in around 15 minutes and also operates as a night bus.
