Our 3 bedroom flat has a room coming available at the beginning of November.

The flat sits on the 16th floor of a 21 floor building (regrettably the "roof terrace" is on the first floor). Amenities include a 24 hour concierge, swimming pool and gym.
With big east facing windows, the flat is bathed in morning sun and a view out across London that's not easy to come by.
We're a mere stone's throw from Battersea park, and the power station is less than 20 minutes walk away. Battersea Park and Queenstown road train stations are a 10 minute walk, with plenty of buses and easy cycling routes into the city.

The room up for grabs is furnished with a bed and comes with a generously sized built in wardrobe. There's just the one bathroom for all of us, but there's a second separate toilet. Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher; and is a prime spot to watch the fireworks on Guy Fawkes night

We in the flat are Anna (33) and Marion (26).
Both of us are working professionals; Marion in art auctioneering and Anna a data engineer. We're work in the office types, although Anna is doing that purely of her own volition so does work from home from time to time.

We like the flat to be a social space but not a party place - although the odd party is certainly not out of the question.
