I’ll be moving out of my room late October, so need someone to fill it!
The flat is right next to Battersea Park (literally a 2 minute walk 🤩), and a 10 minute walk from the tube. There’s also lots of bus stops, which take you into central.
The room itself is unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell my furniture for a negotiated price! Bills come to around £150 a month - so you’d be paying around £1100
My current flatmate is 29, she has a lovely cat called Percy, and works for the Guardian - often going into the office 4 days a week. She’ll be moving out 27 December, so you will be living with someone new, but I’m sure she’ll find someone suitable 💘
