Small Double Room to rent

I am moving out and looking for someone to replace my room to live with my two best friends.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers. Although the room is snug we have storage on the landing which is currently used as a wardrobe for the small room.

The flat is on the second (top floor) and is a maisonette style flat. There are two bathrooms within the flat, one upstairs and a toilet downstairs. A separate kitchen and living area with a dining table.

There is one parking permit available (free) it is not a designated space but there is always space to park.

The price listed is what I currently pay with bills included. These fluctuate but very rarely- the other flat mates pay higher rates due to the sizes of their rooms.

Flatmates: The two flat mates are very good friends of mine and we have known each other since university where our paths rejoined recently.
Michael- 30- works for HMRC, LGBTQ+- enjoys cooking, gym , music.
Kat-29- works in travel PR, enjoys walking, gigs, music, solo events.
Both love a cheeky drink or two. They are looking for someone easy going, doesn't work from home due to minimal space.
