Double Room to Rent in Notting Hill

Hello,
Our flatmate will move out in early October (dates are slightly flexible, but probably 8/9 October) so a large double room will be available to rent.
We are two female flatmates aged 24 and 27, Emily is from 🇺🇸and Rosie from 🇬🇧. The area is probably the best thing about the flat, as it it on Westbourne Grove, with lots of amenities/nice shops/cafes nearby. It is approx halfway between Paddington and Notting Hill, and very close to Hyde Park. Transport wise, it is within 5 mins walk of Royal Oak and Bayswater stations, and 10 mins walk from Queensway and Paddington, with lots of bus stations also.
It does not have a living room but the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has a table we can sit around.
The council tax (Band E) and bills are not included but tend to be relatively low.
