Laundry is easy, with a modern washing machine and heat-pump tumble dryer in the shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including an espresso machine, air fryer, and rice cooker.

All bills are included. There is a reasonable cap on electricity usage; any excessive use would be charged separately.

My partner and I live in the apartment both our 40s, I am British and she is Chinese. I run a small software company and she runs a fashion business. Both work hybrid, from home a few days each week, and enjoy a quiet life – art, music, and exploring London.

I’m looking for a quiet, considerate, and well-mannered lodger. Dog-friendly is essential.

The location is excellent, with Paddington, Queensway, and Bayswater stations all within a 5-minute walk. The flat is surrounded by beautiful Bayswater streets and is a short walk to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and Little Venice.

Nearby are Westbourne Grove, Queensway, Portobello Road, and Notting Hill, offering great cafés, shops, and local amenities.

Open to longer-term stays beyond the initially listed period.
