The room currently has a small double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a dresser and has a private bathroom which has a powerful shower. All the bills combined come to less than £200 per person each month. In addition, I own the furniture and am looking to sell it to the next tenant for £500.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and toaster.

The living room has a sofa, TV, a dining table with four chairs and the washing machine is also in the living room.

The flat has access to a private garden that is shared by the neighbors and provides a calm atmosphere to get some fresh air. The neighbors also meet here often for coffee and socialising on the weekends.

The flat is a walking distance from Queensway (Central Line) and Bayswater (Circle and District Lines) and there are multiple bus stops within a 10 minute walking distance.

In a short walking distance there’s Hyde Park, Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, Holland Park, and Portobello Road.

You will share the flat with Dan and Archie, who are PhD candidates, and Sara, who is a lawyer. All are in their mid-20s.
